I don’t know if I can use writing services in the future, as I am totally disappointed in them. First, I used supremeessays.com. I waited for my paper a lot of time, as they missed the deadline. Then I tried samedayessay.co.uk, they delivered me the paper of the poor quality. Now I tried essayhero.co.uk. The same thing!

Quality of paper

Because of the last service, I scored only 35%, and their support agent ensured me, that my topic is not hard and the writer will handle it easily. The paper was out of my topic, there were mistakes, and the style of writing was strange. I asked for the revision and they promised to complete it as soon as it is possible.

I asked them in chat if all their writers are native speakers, and they replied that – surely! But that was obvious, that my paper was written not by the English-speaker. So, I have taken the laptop of my brother (as they are checking IP, as I know), and asked the support, that I am the writer and I would like to be a part of their team.

Quality of Support

The support agent gave me the link to their site for the writers – http://writerscash.com. Here was the other chat and the other support agent. I asked about the position of the writer, and pointed out, that I am from India. I intentionally made several mistakes within the conversation and they told me – Yes, please, you may register here!

That was enough for me! This company hires an unprofessional writer, that’s why I received the badly written paper. I was forced to present it to my tutor, as I have got no choice. Thank you, essayhero.co.uk for the low grades.

And the last one – when I told their support agent about the low grades I received because of their essay, they replied, that according to their Terms and Conditions they don’t guarantee any grades. All that they can guarantee – the awful paper.

Conclusion

Now I am waiting for partial refund, as they rejected to offer me the full one. I will never use their services again. And I wish you to check their Terms and Conditions first and read the feedbacks on the Internet. As they have the creative design, but who cares about it, when your essay was not properly completed.
